It reports to the company’s compliance officer.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT WHISTLEBLOWERS HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR?
As an ombudsman’s office, the lawyers of the Rudolph law firm are subject to the legal and professional duties of confidentiality. This applies both in relation to the whistleblower and to the company.
Whistleblowers do not incur any costs by contacting the ombudsman’s office.
Investigations are conducted with the utmost confidentiality.
